What the tradition reads

The sixth house, Ari Bhava, the house of enemies, governs disease, debt, litigation, daily service and obstacles of every kind, along with rivals and hidden enmity, as distinct from the open enmity of the seventh house. It is one of the dusthana, the group of difficult houses the tradition treats as houses of struggle rather than comfort, yet it is also read more constructively as the house of a person's capacity to fight through a difficulty and come out the stronger for it, since a planet placed here, though generally weakened, can still confer the ability to defeat what it represents rather than simply suffer it. A well disposed sixth house is read as giving good health maintained through discipline, victory over rivals and legal disputes, and a life ordered by useful routine and service to others; afflicted, the tradition warns of chronic illness, debt that will not clear, and enmities that outlast any single dispute. Because it sits in the upachaya group as well as the dusthana group, the tradition reads difficulties here as most likely to ease with age and with effort rather than to remain fixed.

Paramarsh.app's own account of the sixth house makes the boundary explicit: "The Kalapurusha body-sign doctrine and sixth-house analysis are distinct tools," the page states, explaining that the sixth house and its lord show only the general domain of health vulnerability, while the rashi based body map narrows that reading to a specific part of the body. On that page, the abdomen and the intestines belong to Kanya, the sixth sign of the zodiac, described as governing "intestines, digestive organs, navel region, pancreas," not to Ari Bhava, the sixth house, as such. Kanya reaches the sixth position only in a chart where Kanya itself occupies it; the digestive organs travel with the sign, and the house instead supplies, in the page's own account, only the general domain that the sign narrows further.
