What the tradition reads

The eleventh house, Labha Bhava, the house of gains, governs income, the fulfilment of desires and ambitions, elder siblings, and the wider circle of friends, communities and social networks a person belongs to beyond the immediate family. It is counted among the upachaya houses, those the tradition reads as improving steadily with age and effort, and it stands opposite the fifth, so where the fifth reads the merit a person begins with, the eleventh reads what that merit, together with ordinary effort, eventually returns. A well disposed eleventh house is read as giving steady income, the achievement of long held ambitions, and a wide and supportive circle of friends; afflicted, the tradition warns of gains that arrive late, ambitions that stall short of completion, or friendships that prove unreliable when needed. Paramarsh.app's Kalapurusha doctrine maps the body onto the twelve rashis, not the twelve bhavas: its FAQ states that the scheme works by "each of the twelve signs governing a specific anatomical region," and its discussion of the sixth house calls that rashi based map, together with any house's own analysis, "distinct tools" rather than one single map of the chart's twelve houses. On paramarsh.app's own table, the calves and ankles belong to Kumbha, the eleventh sign of the zodiac, described as governing "calves, shins, ankles, circulatory system, nervous system of the lower limbs," not to Labha Bhava, the eleventh house, as such. Kumbha holds the eleventh position only in a chart where Kumbha itself occupies it; in any other chart the calves travel with whichever sign sits there instead.
